Position Highlights:
Pay Range: $20–$25/hour (based on experience & fit)
Location: Fort Myers, FL (in-office role)

What You’ll Do:
Customer Communication
Answer incoming calls and assess service needs
Build rapport and provide updates to customers throughout the day
Dispatching & Scheduling
Assign appropriate technicians to service calls
Manage technician schedules for efficiency and customer satisfaction
Information Management
Record customer details in the database
Document service call outcomes and create daily summary reports
Revenue & Service Goals
Strategically prioritize service calls to meet daily targets
Encourage repeat business through professional, positive interactions
Continuous Improvement
Participate in training to strengthen sales and service skills
Promote Elevate Home Services’ brand through every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1+ year as a dispatcher (HVAC or plumbing preferred)
Tech Savvy: Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Preferred but not required: ServiceTitan or Nexstar knowledge
Industry Insight: Familiarity with construction/home services a plus
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
Other: Background check and drug test required
