Position Highlights:

  • Pay Range: $20–$25/hour (based on experience & fit)

What You’ll Do:

  1. Customer Communication

    • Answer incoming calls and assess service needs

    • Build rapport and provide updates to customers throughout the day

  2. Dispatching & Scheduling

    • Assign appropriate technicians to service calls

    • Manage technician schedules for efficiency and customer satisfaction

  3. Information Management

    • Record customer details in the database

    • Document service call outcomes and create daily summary reports

  4. Revenue & Service Goals

    • Strategically prioritize service calls to meet daily targets

    • Encourage repeat business through professional, positive interactions

  5. Continuous Improvement

    • Participate in training to strengthen sales and service skills

    • Promote Elevate Home Services’ brand through every interaction


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ year as a dispatcher (HVAC or plumbing preferred)

  • Tech Savvy: Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Preferred but not required: ServiceTitan or Nexstar knowledge

  • Industry Insight: Familiarity with construction/home services a plus

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities

  • Other: Background check and drug test required

  • Starting the day by reviewing schedules and incoming calls

  • Dispatching technicians to their first jobs

  • Providing real-time updates to both customers and field staff

  • Adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer needs and daily goals

  • Wrapping up the day with reporting and preparing for tomorrow
