What You'll Do
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment
· Identify maintenance concerns, risks, and system inefficiencies, clearly explaining findings to homeowners
· Present repair, maintenance, upgrade, and replacement options in a clear, educational, and trust-based way
· Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures accurately and efficiently
· Perform emergency repairs with urgency, professionalism, and attention to quality
· Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes, and company processes
· Deliver an excellent customer experience through communication, professionalism, and respect
· Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance plans, and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
· Leverage both technical and communication skills to improve comfort, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
· Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic and repair ability
· Proven experience selling service agreements, system upgrades, and replacement options in a consultative way
· Strong understanding of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical principles
· Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
· Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Commitment to ongoing training, development, and professional growth
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Comfortable working in confined spaces when necessary while maintaining safety standards
