What You'll Do

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, including water, gas, sewer, and drainage systems
• Support troubleshooting and repair of plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and system failures
• Learn to interpret blueprints, layouts, and mechanical drawings
• Help inspect structures to determine plumbing layouts and fixture placements
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures on every job
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean and working condition
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Communicate effectively with team members and homeowners
• Deliver a high level of customer service on every job
• Represent Elevate Home Services with professionalism and pride

What We're Looking For

• A strong desire to learn and build a career in plumbing
• Solid work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to stay organized and take direction in a fast-paced environment
