Position Highlights:
  • High Earning Potential: Earn up to $200k+ per year with generous bonuses and uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for residential plumbing projects—from consultation to close.
  • Conduct in-home assessments of plumbing systems and fixtures, identifying needs and recommending solutions.
  • Offer customized proposals based on homeowner needs, system condition, and preferences.
  • Present and explain estimates, scope of work, and financing options with professionalism and clarity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, building long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to service.
  • Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay at the top of your game.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of residential plumbing sales experience is required.
  • Two (2) or more years of in-home sales experience.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Fort Myers and Naples markets is highly preferred.
