What You'll Do

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment

· Identify maintenance concerns, performance issues, and safety risks, then clearly explain findings to clients

· Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options in a way that helps homeowners make informed decisions

· Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues accurately and efficiently

· Perform emergency repairs with urgency, professionalism, and care

· Follow all company processes, safety standards, and applicable codes

· Deliver a world-class client experience through strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail

· Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance, memberships, indoor air quality solutions, and replacement opportunities when appropriate

What We're Looking For

· At least 1 year of HVAC service experience

· Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills

· Sales or in-home service experience with the ability to communicate options and recommendations in a clear, honest, and helpful way

· A proven ability to build trust with clients and create a great service experience

· A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing technical development

· A valid driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier

· Proficiency in the principles of air conditioning and heating systems

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· A people-first mindset with excellent client service skills

· The ability to work independently while staying efficient, accurate, and process-driven

· Comfort working in tight or confined spaces while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
