What You'll Do

· Install residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, air handlers, control systems, and indoor air quality solutions

· Complete system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

· Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues with precision and professionalism

· Maintain clear, courteous communication with homeowners throughout the installation process

· Explain system operation, features, and basic maintenance to clients upon completion

· Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes

· Maintain accurate job documentation for invoicing, records, and quality assurance

· Deliver a world-class client experience through professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail

· Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining efficiency and high-quality output

What We're Looking For

· At least 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience

· EPA Universal Certification

· Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, system design, and setup

· A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

· The ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve during installations

· A proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients

· A team-first mindset with strong work ethic and accountability

· A commitment to personal growth, coachability, and ongoing development

· A valid driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier

· The ability to work in tight or confined spaces while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
